During Conference After Conference

The meeting will be held in the conference center of Soochow University. Soochow University locates right in downtown of Suzhou, therefore it is quite easy to find hotels around it. Starting from this neighborhood, it is very convenient to get railway station, shopping centers, restaurants and attractive sites. A map of Suzhou city will be provided to every participant when you arrive. There are some hotels within walking distance (<20 minutes walking) to Soochow University.

October is the midseason for hotels in Suzhou. To ensure a room to stay during the conference, please make your reservation at least one month before your arrival.

We make reservations for the conference in two hotels, namely Suzhou Hotel and Dongwu Hotel, and they agree to offer pretty good discounts to our participants. The hotel price listed here is for one room, therefore you need pay only half of it if you would like to share one double room with a participant. If you want to make reservation in these two hotels, please fill a form here then send it to the corresponding person by email.

After Conference

We understand that China is far from the places most of you are coming from, so that some of you may want to see other places in China after the conference. Unfortunately, we can not arrange more tours due to the limited budget.

However, we will introduce some reliable travel agents to all participants. They will be around during the conference, and you can ask for more information and even select their tours after the conference. But please note, you should pay by yourself and we are not responsible for their services. We also would like to remind you to carry enough insurance with you if you have a plan to take more tours after the conference.
